Security Deposit: 2× the rental amount is required as a refundable security deposit.

Return: The outfit must be dispatched the very next day after your function.

Damage: Any damage, stains, tears, or missing embellishments will be assessed, and the actual repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

Refund: The remaining security deposit will be refunded after the outfit is received and inspected.

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges, including both onward and return shipping, will be borne by the customer.

Store Pickup: Prefer to pick it up yourself? You can also collect your outfit directly from our store.

We provide fitting adjustments as part of the rental service.

Any customization requiring additional fabric, embroidery, or extra craftsmanship will be charged separately and borne by the customer.
