Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your outfit for dispatch.

For rental outfits, dispatch timelines may vary depending on the function date and the availability of the piece. Your confirmed dispatch date will be communicated by our team at the time of booking.

For purchased outfits, the estimated dispatch timeline will depend on the outfit, size and level of craftsmanship involved. Any specific delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout or booking.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier service and any unforeseen circumstances during transit. While RANISA works with trusted delivery partners, once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's transit timelines.

We recommend placing your order well in advance of your function or event to allow sufficient time for delivery and any necessary arrangements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping or tracking details from our team, where available.

You can use the tracking information to follow your package during transit.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

RANISA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other unforeseen disruptions.

If a delay occurs, our team will assist you in coordinating with the shipping partner and provide the latest available update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

RANISA cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

International Orders

For international deliveries, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other destination-specific charges may apply.

Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

For Rental Outfits

Rental outfits are subject to a strict return timeline.

The outfit must be dispatched back to RANISA on the very next day after your function. Please retain your courier receipt and tracking details until the outfit has been safely received by RANISA.
