TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Security Deposit & Return Policy

At RANISA, every couture piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. Our rental policy is designed to protect the craftsmanship of each outfit while keeping the process simple and transparent for you.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to 2× the rental amount is required before the outfit is dispatched.

For example, for an outfit rented at ₹10,000, the security deposit will be ₹20,000.

The security deposit is held as a safeguard and is not an additional rental charge. It will be refunded after the outfit has been returned and inspected.

Return Timeline

The outfit must be dispatched back to RANISA on the very next day after your function.

For example, if your function is on 15 September, the outfit must be dispatched on 16 September.

Timely returns are important as our couture pieces may be reserved for another celebration shortly after yours.

Care & Damage

Every outfit is inspected before dispatch and again after it is returned.

Any damage, including stains, tears, fabric damage, or missing or damaged embellishments and handwork, will be assessed by our team.

Where restoration is required, the actual repair or restoration cost will be deducted from the security deposit. The entire deposit will not be forfeited unless the assessed cost genuinely warrants it.

Security Deposit Refund

Once the outfit is received by RANISA, it will undergo a final quality and condition inspection.

If the outfit is returned on time and in its original condition, the full security deposit will be refunded.

If any repair or restoration is required, the applicable cost will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Your celebration may last a day, but the craftsmanship deserves to be cared for long after.

A Note from Sonal

I always believed that getting dressed should feel like part of the celebration.

Ranisa started with a simple thought — why should beautiful Indian clothing be reserved only for brides?

There are so many moments worth dressing up for. A festive evening, Navratri, a birthday, a family celebration, a wedding, or even a moment that simply feels special to you.

That is what I wanted Ranisa to be — a place for every celebration and every woman.

We take inspiration from our Indian roots, but we create with a modern woman in mind. I care deeply about the little things — the craftsmanship, the way a fabric falls, the details you notice only when you look closely.

Because I don't want you to wear a Ranisa outfit just once and forget about it.

I want it to become a part of a memory you keep coming back to.

That, to me, is what Ranisa is about.
